Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- raisins - 1/3 c
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- dark corn syrup - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- thick slices ham - 6 item
How to make ham with raisin sauce:
Blend cornstarch, mustard and sugar in saucepan. Gradually, stir in syrup, vinegar and water. Add raisins and margarine. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Pour over ham in baking dish. Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork, Ham.
