  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • water
  • vinegar - 2 tsp
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 2 tsp
  • grated lemon peel - 1/4 tsp

How to make raisin sauce for ham:

Mix first 3 ingredients together; slowly add vinegar, then add next 3 ingredients. Use medium saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add 1/2 cup raisins and butter. This is a wonderful sauce over canned or whole ham. S
