  • margarine or butter - 1/4 c
  • dry mustard - 2 tsp
  • catsup - 1 c
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • fully cooked boneless ham - 1 (4
  • pineapple or apricot preserves or orange marmalade - 1 c

How to make ham with pineapple sauce:

Preheat oven to 325°. Place ham on rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 to 2 1/4 hours until done. Meanwhile for sauce, in medium saucepan cook onion in margarine until tender, not brown. Stir catsup, preserves and dry mustard. Heat through. Brush sauce onto ham before serving; pass remaining. Serves 16 to 24.
