Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk
- brown sugar - 2 c
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- white vinegar - 3/4 c
- ground ham - 2 lb
- Place in 9 x 13-inch pan
How to make iowa ham balls:
Mix and shape into balls (can be made small for buffet or large for main meal). Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour sauce over balls and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour. These can be frozen and sauce added when ready to bake.Sauce:2 cans tomato soup3/4 c. white vinegar2 c. brown sugar2 tsp. dry mustard Mix together and reserve.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Meat, 3 steps or less.
