  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • minced onion - 1 tsp
  • Tabasco sauce - 1 tsp
  • pecan pieces - 1 item
  • cans Hormel ham - 2 item
  • parsley leaves - 1 tsp

How to make ham ball:

Mix together all ingredients, except pecan pieces; let set in refrigerator until firm. Shape into a ball; roll in pecan pieces.
