Green beans with tomatoes
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- red wine vinegar
- olive oil - 1/3 c
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- dried oregano
- green beans
- medium onion, sliced into rings - 1 item
- garlic cloves, peeled and chopped - 2 item
- small ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped - 4 item
How to make green beans with tomatoes:
Steam green beans 5 minutes. Heat oil in skillet. Saute garlic, onion and beans 3 to 4 minutes. Add tomatoes, parsley, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes more. Chill.
