Broccoli casserole

Ingredients/Components

• egg, beaten - 1 item
• salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
• mayonnaise - 1/2 c
• grated onion - 1 tsp
• mushroom soup - 1/2 c
• grated cheese Velveeta - 1/2 c
• cheese crackers, crumbled - 1/2 c
• drained, cooked, chopped broccoli - 1 pkg

How to make broccoli casserole:

Mix everything except cheese crackers. Put ingredients in buttered casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs. Bake 20 minutes in a 400° oven.
