Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- almond extract - 1/2 tsp
- flour
How to make granny's tea cakes:
Cream sugar and butter together. Add eggs, beating well after each addition. Add flavorings, then add flour to make a stiff dough. Roll dough thin. Cut with a big biscuit cutter. Bake cookies at 350° for about 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Rolled cookies.
