  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • butter - 1 c
  • soda - 1/4 tsp
  • almond extract - 1 tsp

How to make sour cream pound cake:

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Sift flour with soda and salt. Add flour to creamed mixture alternating with sour cream. Start and end with flour. Add flavorings. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
