- creme de menthe - 3 Tbsp
- white cake mix - 1 pkg
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- can fudge ice cream topping - 1 item
How to make creme de menthe cake:
Mix cake according to directions on the box, adding 3 tablespoons of creme de menthe. Bake at 350° as suggested on box. Cool cake completely. Spread fudge topping on top of cooled cake. Add 1 tablespoon creme de menthe to Cool Whip, then spread on top of fudge topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, American.
