Banana split cake



  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • margarine, melted - 1/3 c
  • Filling:2 sticks margarine
  • graham cracker crumbs 18 crackers

How to make banana split cake:

Filling:2 sticks margarine2 c. powdered sugar2 eggs1 tsp. vanilla Crust: Heat oven to 350°. Mix crumbs and sugar. Add butter. Mix thoroughly. Press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 10 minutes; cool.

Filling: Mix in mixer for 10 minutes. Pour onto cooled crust. Slice 6 to 7 bananas on top of filling. Spread 1 (#16) can crushed pineapple (drained) on top of bananas. Spread with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts and cherries.
