  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • cocoa - 2 Tbsp
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • Frosting:1 box powdered sugar
  • nuts
  • homogenized milk - 1/4 c
  • jar Marshmallow Cream - 1 oz

How to make mississippi mud cake:

Frosting:1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 stick margarine1/3 c. cocoa1/4 c. homogenized milk1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Cream Cake: Cream sugar, margarine, cocoa, eggs and vanilla well. Add flour and nuts; beat 2 minutes. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. While cake is still warm spread jar of Marshmallow Cream over top. Spread with frosting.

Frosting: Mix together all ingredients. Beat well and pour over Marshmallow Cream. Let cool for 15 minutes in refrigerator.
