Ingredients/Components

- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- plain flour - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- large can fruit cocktail - 1 item
- Put in 9 x 12-inch pan; sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut on top
- stick margarine - 1 item
- nuts - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Mix well first three ingredients; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in 9 x 12-inch pan; sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut on top. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Topping:1/2 c. coconut3/4 c. sugar1 stick margarine1 c. nuts1 c. coconut Mix 1/2 cup coconut, sugar and margarine and boil one minute.
