Ingredients/Components

  • Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme cake mix - 1 item
  • Wesson oil - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • instant vanilla or pineapple pudding - 1 pkg
  • 7-Up - 12 oz
  • Add 7-Up
  • large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • sugar - 2 c
  • coconut - 1/2 c

How to make 7-up cake:

Mix first 4 ingredients. Add 7-Up. Bake in 3 layer lightly greased pans (no flour), at 300°.Icing:1 stick margarine1 large can crushed pineapple, drained2 Tbsp. flour2 c. sugar2 eggs1/2 c. coconut Add coconut at end. Cook over low heat until thick.
