- buttermilk - 1 c
- sugar
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- self-rising flour
- Wesson oil
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- cream cheese
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
How to make red velvet cake:
Icing:1 large pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped pecans1 box powdered sugar Cake: Mix all ingredients. Pour into 3 (8 1/2 to 9-inch) baking cake pans. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.Icing: Soften cream cheese. Mix all ingredients. Sit in refrigerator until cake is cool.
