- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- plain flour - 2 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- small can coconut - 1 item
- Icing:1 stick margarine
- small can condensed milk - 1 item
- 2 can fruit cocktail
How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Icing:1 stick margarine3/4 c. sugar1 small can condensed milk1 small can coconut1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix ingredients for cake well. Pour in greased baking dish (9 x 12-inch). Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Icing: Bring to boil for seven minutes all ingredients except pecans and coconut; add this to mixture. Pour over cake in dish while hot.
