- eggs - 3 item
- sugar - 1 c
- flour *
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- cherry juice - 1/2 c
- light raisins - 1/2 c
- dark raisins - 1/2 c
- walnuts - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
How to make quick fruit cake:
Beat eggs and sugar; add cherry juice, vanilla and flour and beat on low. *Save 1/2 cup flour to roll all fruit and nuts, except coconut. Fold together. Bake in 250° oven for 2 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
