Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- sesame oil - 1 item
- soy sauce to taste - 1 item
- rice, cooked and cooled - 2 3
- cloves garlic, smashed - 2 item
- spring onions, chopped - 2 item
- early peas, drained - 16 oz
- chopped raw chicken, beef or pork - 1 lb
How to make fried rice:
Saute onions and garlic in oil in wok or large pot. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Add meat. Cook until done. Add salt to taste. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and early peas. Cook 1 minute.
