Ingredients/Components
- soy sauce - 1 item
- chopped green onions - 6 item
- slices bacon - 6 item
- or 4 eggs, beaten - 3 item
- peppers if desired - 1 item
- cooked, cool rice - 3 c
- cooked chicken, beef, shrimp, etc - 1 c
- chopped vegetable broccoli, carrots, etc - 1 c
How to make fried rice:
Fry bacon until crisp in large skillet; drain, reserving 2 tablespoons fat. Cool and crumble bacon. Get skillet hot; pour in beaten eggs and stir in rice, onions, meat and vegetables.
