Fried rice
Ingredients/Components
- water
- egg - 1 item
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- stalks celery - 2 item
- onion, diced - 1/3 c
- rice - 3/4 c
- green pepper - 1 item
- cucumber - 1/2 item
- garlic - 1/4 tsp
- drops sesame oil - 3 item
How to make fried rice:
Cook rice. Slice up vegetables into thin strips. Scramble egg in margarine. Heat wok with a tablespoon of oil; add onion and vegetable strips. Stir until partly cooked. Add rice, soy sauce, egg and seasonings. Cook, stirring frequently. After about 6 to 7 minutes, serve.Note: Chop Suey Vegetables in a can may be substituted or added to the sliced vegetables with excellent results.
