Ingredients/Components
- cooking oil - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- cooked rice - 1 c
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- minced carrots - 1/4 c
- salt as needed - 1/2 tsp
- sweet peas - 1/4 c
- eggs, cooked and scrambled - 2 item
- chicken meat, chopped - 1/2 lb
How to make fried rice:
Place oil in pan. Cook chicken, carrots and onions together over low heat. When chicken is cooked, pour in remaining ingredients, except precooked eggs. Cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Pour cooked mixture into precooked eggs.Recipe categories: Vegan, Pasta, rice and grains, Rice.
