Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- large onion - 1 item
- carrots, finely diced - 2 item
- oil enough to coat pan - 1 item
- soy sauce La Choy - 1 item
- large amount cold, cooked rice - 1 item
- any leftover meat, diced ham, chicken or beef - 1 c
How to make fried rice:
Saute onions and carrots together until tender in a very large, nonstick pan. Scramble eggs and add them. Add meat, then rice, stirring. Add parsley (dried), then add enough soy sauce to make it light brown. Serve warm.This makes a good and inexpensive main dish. Amounts are not exact, use what you have.
