Ingredients/Components
- fresh mushrooms - 1 item
- green onions - 6 item
- rice - 1 item
- cans tiny shrimp - 2 item
- beef chunks - 1 lb
How to make fried rice:
Cook beef chunks in pressure cooker (10 to 15 minutes, until tender) with butter. (Brown with butter; cook with water.) Drain, saving broth. Measure broth, replacing water with broth. Cook rice, using a little less broth/water. Drain shrimp. When rice is done, put oil and butter in skillet. Add onions, mushrooms and shrimp. Cook until mushrooms are done. Add beef; stir. Add rice.
