Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- water - 4 c
- oil - 1 item
- clove garlic - 1 item
- stalks celery, sliced - 3 item
- soy sauce to taste - 1 item
- medium size onion, chopped - 1 item
- green and 1 red pepper - 1 item
- cubed or chopped steak - 1 item
- beef bouillon powder or 3 beef bouillon cubes - 3 Tbsp
How to make pepper steak:
Brown cubed or chopped steak and put in crock-pot. Brown in oil the onion and garlic. Add bouillon and water and bring to boil. Add cornstarch; stir until clear glaze. Add soy sauce to taste, celery and pepper. Simmer in crock pot.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
