Fried rice



  • cooked rice - 3 c
  • clove garlic minced - 1 item
  • onion minced - 1/2 item
  • boneless chicken breasts chopped - 2 item
  • large carrot chopped fine - 1 item
  • bell pepper chopped - 1/2 item

How to make fried rice:

Make sure you have one inch of oil in your wok. Turn on high and brown garlic. Add chicken and cook until almost done. Add onion, pepper and salt, and carrots. Cook until tender and add soy sauce (to taste) and rice. Brown and serve!
