Hot and sour cabbage



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 1 tsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 4 Tbsp
- vinegar
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- sesame oil - 2 Tbsp
- cabbage
- red chili peppers - 6 item
How to make hot and sour cabbage:
Sauce Seasonings:2 Tbsp. vinegar1 Tbsp. soy sauce2 Tbsp. sesame oil1 Tbsp. water1 tsp. salt1 tsp. sugar1 tsp. cornstarch To prepare: Cut cabbage into large serving pieces and pull leaves apart. Chop chili peppers. Mix the seasonings.To cook: Heat 4 tablespoons oil over high heat. Stir-fry peppers until brown, about 30 seconds. Add cabbage and stir-fry 3 minutes. Add sauce to center of pan and stir-fry another 3 to 5 minutes, or until cabbage leaves begin to wilt.
