  • head cabbage, chopped - 1/2 item
  • 2-3 stalks green onion, sliced
  • package chicken raman noodles, uncooked and crumbled - 1 item
  • sesame seeds, toasted - 2 Tbsp
  • sliced almonds raw or toasted - 2 Tbsp
  • chicken breast, boiled 20 minutes in water flavored with seasoning packet from raman, then cooled and shredded/chopped for use or frozen for later use - 1 item
  • Dressing:1/2 cup oil
  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar use this brand for taste - 3 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp

How to make oriental chicken salad:

Dressing:1/2 cup oil2 Tbsp. sugar3 Tbsp. Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar (use this brand for taste)1/2 tsp. pepper1 tsp. salt Cook up chicken as described above. Mix all other salad ingredients, adding chicken when cooled. Pour oil in measuring cup, add other dressing ingredients to it, and mix well. Pour dressing over salad and mix well, at least 1-2 hours before serving or overnight. Mix up salad once or twice during it's marinating period.
