Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- olive oil - 1 c
- Italian bread crumbs - 2 c
- head cauliflower - 1 item
How to make fried cauliflower:
Break cauliflower into flowerets and boil just until tender. Mix beaten eggs with 1/2 cup milk. Drain cauliflower and dip in egg mixture. Roll in bread crumbs until well coated. Fry in heated olive oil in heavy skillet until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Side dish.
