Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 Tbsp
- poultry seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- large onions - 4 item
- grated Parmesan cheese optional - 3 Tbsp
- egg no substitutions - 1 item
- fine dry bread crumbs 1/2 whole wheat preferred
How to make baked onion rings:
Slice each onion about 1/4-inch thick and separate into rings. Soak in cold, salted water about 30 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Combine bread crumbs, poultry seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
