Chicken parmigiana
Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- Italian bread crumbs - 1 c
- jar meat flavored spaghetti sauce - 1 oz
- chicken breast filets - 4 item
How to make chicken parmigiana:
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Dip into eggs; coat well with bread crumbs. Cook in olive oil in skillet until tender and browned on both sides. Pour spaghetti sauce into 7 x 11-inch baking dish. Arrange chicken in sauce. Top with cheeses. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until cheeses are melted and lightly browned. Yield: 4 servings.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
