Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 3/4 lb
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 3/4
- can biscuits - 1 item
- instant onion - 1 Tbsp
- Italian dressing seasoning mix - 1 tsp
How to make pizza cups:
Brown and drain ground beef. Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasoning mixture. Will be thick. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Place biscuits in greased muffin tin, pressing to cover the bottom and sides. Spoon 1/4 cup of mixture into biscuit lined cups. Sprinkle with cheese.
