French toast



  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • skim milk - 2/3 c
  • slices day-old bread - 8 item

How to make french toast:

Beat eggs, salt, vanilla and sugar. Add milk. Stir. Dip bread into mixture and brown on both sides on hot, lightly greased griddle. Serve with maple syrup or jelly or sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
