- herb seasoned stuffing mix - 2 c
How to make broccoli-cheese casserole:
Saute chopped onions in 1/4 cup butter or margarine until tender. Combine onion, soup, mushrooms, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper to taste, almonds and broccoli. Mix well. Spoon into 2 quart casserole. Combine stuffing mix and 1/4 cup butter or margarine. Spoon over broccoli mixture. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Cheese, Broccoli.
