English pea casserole
Ingredients/Components
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- small jar pimentos - 1 item
- hard-boiled eggs, sliced - 2 item
- crushed Ritz crackers - 10 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- large can English peas - 1 item
How to make english pea casserole:
Drain peas; add mushroom soup. Add egg slices and pimento peppers. Top with crushed crackers and dot with butter pats. Bake at 350° until lightly browned. Sprinkle cheese on top and melt. Serve piping hot.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
