Ingredients/Components

  • grated cheese - 1/2 c
  • small jar pimentos - 1 item
  • hard-boiled eggs, sliced - 2 item
  • crushed Ritz crackers - 10 item
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • large can English peas - 1 item

How to make english pea casserole:

Drain peas; add mushroom soup. Add egg slices and pimento peppers. Top with crushed crackers and dot with butter pats. Bake at 350° until lightly browned. Sprinkle cheese on top and melt. Serve piping hot.
