  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • grated cheese - 1 item
  • small jar pimentos - 1 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • ground chuck, browned - 1 lb

How to make hamburger noodle bake:

Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Add ground chuck and brown. Cook noodles according to package. Mix ground meat mixture and noodles in casserole dish. Add chopped pimentos, mushrooms, soup, sour cream and 1/2 cup water. Mix together. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350° until bubbly.
