Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/2 item
- chopped tomatoes - 2 item
- corn tortillas - 1 pkg
- grated Jack cheese - 1 pkg
- can olives, sliced - 1 item
- skinned chicken breast - 1 pkg
How to make enchiladas:
Mix onions and cheese. Cut up boiled chicken. Dip tortillas into enchilada sauce (prepared according to package directions). Fill with chicken, cheese, onions, tomatoes and olives. Roll up and put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour the remaining sauce over top and sprinkle with grated Jack cheese.
