Ingredients/Components
- hamburger - 3 lb
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- tortillas - 24 item
- grated cheese Cheddar - 2 c
- chili seasoning - 1 pkg
- cans enchilada sauce - 2 item
- taco sauce mild - 1/2 c
How to make enchiladas:
Brown hamburger. Add salt and pepper. Add chili seasoning and taco sauce. Heat enchilada sauce in pan large enough to dip tortillas in. Dip tortilla, one at a time, in sauce. Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons hamburger in each tortilla. Add 1 tablespoon each grated cheese and onion. Roll up and place seam side down in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.Mix soup with remaining enchilada sauce and 1/2 can of water. Cook and beat until sauce comes to a boil. Pour over enchiladas. Cover good with sauce. Make sure none of the tortillas are showing. Cover with foil. Bake 25 minutes at 250°. Makes 2 pans full.
