Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 lb
- Jack cheese, grated - 1 lb
- small flour tortillas - 2 pkg
- medium cans enchilada sauce - 2 item
How to make enchiladas:
Brown onion and ground beef. Add 1/2 cup sauce to mixture and 1/2 cup cheese. Heat sauce; dip tortillas in sauce. Fill each tortilla with 2 tablespoons of meat mixture; roll and place in pan, seam side down. Cover enchiladas with sauce and grated cheese.
