Ingredients/Components

  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 lb
  • Jack cheese, grated - 1 lb
  • small flour tortillas - 2 pkg
  • medium cans enchilada sauce - 2 item

How to make enchiladas:

Brown onion and ground beef. Add 1/2 cup sauce to mixture and 1/2 cup cheese. Heat sauce; dip tortillas in sauce. Fill each tortilla with 2 tablespoons of meat mixture; roll and place in pan, seam side down. Cover enchiladas with sauce and grated cheese. Heat for 20 minutes in 350° oven.
