Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 item
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- can chopped chilies - 1 item
- corn or flour tortillas - 1 pkg
- turkey or chicken - 2 c
- grated cheese Longhorn, Monterey Jack, Colby or Cheddar - 12 oz
How to make enchiladas:
Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 can broth, onion and chilies; set aside. Fry corn tortillas until soft or warm flour tortillas. Put a pinch of cheese, chicken or turkey and 1 tablespoon sauce in center of tortilla and roll. Place in greased baking dish. Top with the remaining cream of chicken and broth. Then sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Poultry, Meat, High calcium.
