Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3 c
- chopped black olives - 1/4 c
- ground cumin - 1 tsp
- chopped, cooked chicken - 6 c
- corn tortillas - 20 item
- enchilada sauce - 3 cans
- bottled salsa - 3/4 c
How to make chicken enchiladas:
This is a recipe to use for a "fun" get together. Tell the guests to follow the instructions on the cards placed at each item and that the name "pile-up" means that each succeeding item is to be piled on top of the preceding item.To Serve: Put different foods in separate serving bowls. Arrange around serving table with a card placed at each item of food with instructions on what to do.
