- salt - 1 tsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- medium onions - 2 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- rice, uncooked - 1/2 c
- tomatoes - 2 c
- chili pepper - 1 tsp
How to make texas hash:
Chop onions and green pepper. Place in frying pan with hamburger; brown. Add rice, tomatoes, salt and chili powder. Bring to cooking, then put in casserole and bake 45 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
