  • milk - 3 c
  • salt
  • eggs, beaten - 9 item
  • dry mustard
  • grated cheese
  • slices white bread, cubed - 3 item
  • sausage, bacon or ham - 1 lb

How to make egg casserole:

Cube meat, brown and drain. Beat eggs; add milk, mustard and bread. Stir in cheese and meat. Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Before baking remove foil. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
