Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- salt
- eggs, beaten - 9 item
- dry mustard
- grated cheese
- slices white bread, cubed - 3 item
- sausage, bacon or ham - 1 lb
How to make egg casserole:
Cube meat, brown and drain. Beat eggs; add milk, mustard and bread. Stir in cheese and meat. Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Before baking remove foil. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
