Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- white syrup - 1/2 c
- sticks oleo - 2 item
- popcorn, popped
How to make caramel corn:
Cook brown sugar, butter, syrup and salt for 5 minutes at slow heat. Do not boil hard. Remove from heat. Add soda, pour over popcorn and stir well. Cook in oven for 1 hour at 200°. Stir every 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
