Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- slices white bread, cubed - 3 item
- ground sausage, cooked and drained - 1 lb
How to make breakfast casserole:
Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Blend well. Pour in an 8 x 12-inch greased casserole. Add bread crumbs, sausage and cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
