- pkg - 2 lb
- sour cream - 1 pt
- corn flakes
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make easy au gratin potatoes:
Put potatoes (still frozen) in 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with mixture of sour cream, onion, cheese, soup and margarine. Crush 1 1/2 cups corn flakes with 1/3 cup melted margarine and sprinkle on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350° covered. Take cover off thRecipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Cheese.
