Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- chopped onion - 1/2 C
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 4 6
- bag frozen hash browns - 1 item
- butter melted - 1 C
How to make easy au gratin potatoes:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients except butter in large bowl. Grease a large casserole dish and put in the mixed ingredients. Pour melted butter over top and bake for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Cheese.
