Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- 8 oz - 1 c
- celery - 1 c
- green pepper - 1 Tbsp
- hard-cooked eggs - 12 item
- French salad dressing mix - 1 Tbsp
How to make stuffed eggs:
Finely chop celery and green pepper; set aside. Slice eggs in half, lengthwise; remove yolks and mash. Combine yolks and crab meat, celery, green pepper, salad dressing mix and sour cream, blending well. Stir until well mixed. Refill egg whites. Chill until serving time.
