Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- minced onion - 3 Tbsp
- dill weed
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- seasoned salt
- Anaheim peppers chili; long, fat and firm - 6 item
- Jack cheese - 4 oz
- medium ripe tomatoes - 2 item
- medium white onion - 1 item
- oleo - 2 Tbsp

- limes - 6 item
- Pace picante sauce - 1 item
How to make dilly dip:
Fillet fish paper thin; cut into bite size pieces. Put in deep bowl. Squeeze lime juice over the fish until well covered. Ice for 1 hour. Remove fish from juice. Pour picante sauce over the fish; mix well. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
