  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • minced onion - 3 Tbsp
  • dill weed
  • parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
  • seasoned salt
  • Anaheim peppers chili; long, fat and firm - 6 item
  • Jack cheese - 4 oz
  • medium ripe tomatoes - 2 item
  • medium white onion - 1 item
  • oleo - 2 Tbsp

  • limes - 6 item
  • Pace picante sauce - 1 item

How to make dilly dip:

Fillet fish paper thin; cut into bite size pieces. Put in deep bowl. Squeeze lime juice over the fish until well covered. Ice for 1 hour. Remove fish from juice. Pour picante sauce over the fish; mix well. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
