  • lemon juice - 1/3 c
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz

How to make easy cheese cake:

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl and blend at medium speed until smooth. Then pour into pie crust and chill about 2 hours or until firm.
