Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- onion - 1 Tbsp
- green pepper - 1 Tbsp
- pimentos - 1 Tbsp
- sharp Cheddar - 1 pkg
- pecans, chopped fine - 2 c
How to make cheese balls:
Let cheese soften; chop pepper, onions, pimentos and pecans real fine. Mix all ingredients together (except pecans). Form into balls and roll in pecans. Chill and serve with favorite crackers.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
